In the run up to the local government elections in Lagos state, OST organised a voter education campaign for representatives of Community Development Associations from 20 local governments in the state. The objective of the campaign was to educate the members on their roles and responsibilities in the elections and also to build their capacity to act as observers during the election and draft a report that can be used to assess the credibility of the elections.
The CDA members from the 20 local governments drafted and submitted their report to OST, which in turns was complied and submitted to the Lagos state INEC office.
