The primary aim of The Orderly Society Trust is to nurture and support institutions, ideas, values, practices and conventions which support ‘order’ in society.

The Orderly Society Trust was founded in 2007 by His Excellency, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, SAN and his wife Oludolapo to honour the memories of Isaac Opeolu Osinbajo (1919 – 1996) and Oluwatoyin Osinbajo (1962 – 2006) for whom various aspects of the organization’s aims was a passion. OST seeks to assist in overcoming the challenges of creating an orderly society by promoting initiatives which support:

The Rule of Law – By recognising and celebrating in creative ways, judicial courage and resourcefulness, promote research and ideas on speedier and fairer justice delivery, and judicial independence.

Transparency and Accountability – By supporting public and private anti-corruption initiatives, assisting in building the capacity of community based organisations to fight corruption, promote ideas and research on enhancing transparency in government procurement and services, and strategies to establish accountability in systems and processes.

The dissemination of ethics of integrity, patriotism, respect for civic obligation and etiquette.

Mr Olayemi Cardoso

Mr Olayemi Cardoso runs an investment banking business, FBC Associates .He has over 15 years of banking experience with Chase, Citibank and Citizens International Bank.

Professor Agomo

Professor Chioma Agomo is a professor of Law at the University of Lagos. Her areas of specialisation include Law of Contract, Industrial Law, Insurance Law and Gender and the Law.

Mrs Toyin Adeniji

Mrs. Adeniji has extensive experience working in the finance and banking sector. She started her career in Arthur Andersen and went on to work in leading African financial organisations.

Associate Professor Ayo Atsenuwa

Is a professor of law at the University of Lagos .She has also worked as a lecturer at the Lagos State University.


Hadiza Abdulazeez

Hadiza is responsible for coordinating OST’s project and developing programme contents. An International relations graduate, her interest is in governance, developing framework for sustainable communities and promoting basic rights.

Damilola Adeniran

Prior to working with OST, Damilola has had research interests in marketing communications. She co-authored the “Globalization and the Dynamics of Youth Culture”

Temitope Ajayi

Temitope joined the Orderly Society trust in 2011. She is passionate about mobilizing community members to effectively engage their community members
